Her goal is to provide evidence based information and support your ideal birth- whatever that may look like! Even if she is not your labor doula, Shelli has many ways to support your pregnancy and birth journey so you can feel prepared and empowered.

Birth Trauma Healing Ceremony

Birth can be an unpredictable experience and has the potential to leave an imprint on us. This private and individualized ceremony can aid in releasing stored trauma and emotions, as well as celebrating parts of your experience that you would like to keep
with you.

Birth Preparation

During these sessions, Shelli will help you know your options for the place you are giving birth, as well as how to advocate for your needs and wishes. She will go over what to expect during different stages of labor and give you resources to help you feel prepared, cared for, and empowered!

Labor Comfort Measures

This is the perfect session if you want to practice comfort techniques to do on your own or with your partner/support person during labor to help with pain. Shelli will go over a variety of different techniques to ease labor pains and practice them with you (and your support person if available!) You will also receive handouts of the techniques to have during labor to help you remember.

Reiki & Reflexology for Pregnancy

Both Reiki and Reflexology are safe for pregnancy and can help common pregnancy symptoms as well as energetic balance and stress relief.

Labor & Birth Doula Services

Birth Trauma Healing Ceremony, Birth Preparation, and Labor Techniques offerings are all available even if Shelli is not your labor/birth doula!
